Return policy

Within 14 days

Products are able to be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date. Returns must be made via FedEx. No returns on earrings, made to order and custom items. Returned items must be unworn and in their original packaging. Damaged, worn, soiled or altered items will not be accepted.

Made to order/ custom items includes:

Items that are created specifically for this customer or are customized by the customer with Hania Kuzbari, ie. custom gold and stone orders, custom ring sizes, custom lettering, custom design elements, custom necklace lengths.

How to return an item from Canada:

  1. Send an email to info@haniakuzbari.com with your return or exchange request.

  2. We will get back to you with a return authorization, which includes shipping address and international shipping slip to returns outside of Canada.

  3. Go to your local FedEx, to ship your package.

  4. Once you ship the package, please send your tracking number to info@haniakuzbari.com.

  5. Once we receive the package in our studio, we will inspect to see if the item(s) meet the stated above physical conditions. If they do, we will process a refund (original shipping cost excluded) as soon as possible.

Exchanging Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Terms and conditions

All items returned should have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.

You will be liable for shipping charges when returning the goods to Hania Kuzbari, unless the return is as a result of an error on our side. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
